Why do I have a download quota?

Asset owners pay for a monthly amount of outbound bandwidth, which every file downloaded by each of their clients subtracts from. I.e., ten clients downloading ten 1Gb files would consume 100Gb of the monthly bandwidth allocation. Your quota is a way to control how much bandwidth is consumed each month.

How do I increase my download quota?

Contact the Asset Owner or the contact who provided you with your login/password.

What if I only have one video clip?

We can host video assets of any size. Even for one video clip it is useful to have an archive with multiple formats and an easy way for your clients to preview and download the clip. Contact us for pricing information.

What if my current archive is on <insert outdated media format>?

Part of our services include converting your media to a digital format. We have access to a wide range of video decks. Just ask us!
